【儲存條件及有效期】

儲存條件：原包裝應儲存于4～30℃避光干燥處，切忌冷凍。

有效期：24個月。

試劑盒應在鋁箔袋拆封后1小時內盡快使用；建議在周圍溫度高于30℃或高濕度條件下，盡可能做到即開即用。

【樣本要求】

• 用潔凈、干燥、不含有任何防腐劑的塑料尿杯或玻璃容器盛裝尿液樣本。
• 樣本收集后應盡可能馬上使用，不能在室溫下長期存放。如不能立即檢測，尿樣可冷藏（2-8℃）保存48小時，冷凍（-20℃）可保存1-2個月，忌反復凍融。檢測冷藏或冷凍的尿樣均應先平衡至室溫。
• 尿樣若呈可見的渾濁狀，請離心或待其沉淀后再取上部清液檢測。

【檢驗方法】

在進行檢測前必須先完整閱讀使用說明書，使用前將本品和尿樣恢復至室溫（20℃～30℃）。

• 撕開鋁箔袋，取出試劑盒，應在1小時內盡快使用。
• 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺面上，用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴無空氣泡的尿樣（約100µL）于加樣孔（S）中。
• 等待紫紅色條帶的出現，3～5分鐘時直接觀察結果，10分鐘后判定無效。

【參考值（參考范圍）】

本品zui低檢出量指標參照美國藥物濫用和精神健康服務管理局(SAMHSA)確定的陽性檢測臨界濃度的標準進行制定。能檢測出尼古丁含量不低于300ng/mL的樣本。

【檢驗結果的解釋】

陽性（+）：僅在控制區（C）出現一條紫紅色條帶，在檢測區（T）無紫紅色條帶出現。陽性結果表明尿液中的尼古丁濃度在閾值（300ng/mL）以上。

陰性（-）：出現兩條紫紅色條帶。一條位于檢測區（T），另一條位于控制區（C）。陰性結果表明尿液中的尼古丁濃度在閾值（300ng/mL）以下。

無效：控制區（C）未出現紫紅色條帶。表明操作不當或試劑盒已失效。在此情況下，應再次仔細閱讀說明書，并用新的試劑盒重新測試。如果問題仍然存在，應立即停止使用此批號產品，并與當地供應商。

注意：檢測區（T）紫紅色條帶可呈現顏色深淺的現象。但是，在規定的觀察時間內，不論該色帶顏色深淺，即使只有非常弱的色帶也應判定為陰性結果。

本品采用競爭抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術，用于定性檢測人體尿液中尼古丁，適用于尼古丁藥物濫用的初步篩查。
